Service Description
This is for families who have a simple issue they need to discuss with an expert. Prepare all of your questions prior to our call and we will go through everything thoroughly within the allotted time frame. This can also be used by families I am currently working with to discuss the current feeding plan that has been made and making alterations to it. It can also be used further down the feeding journey if you have any concerns or new problems arise.
Cancellation Policy
To cancel or reschedule please contact me at least 48 hrs before you appointment. If you cancel within 48hrs of your appointment I will be unable to refund the cost of the appointment. Payment must be taken prior to the appointment being confirmed.

Cancellation Policy
Once a service is booked there is a 48hr cancellation policy. If you cancel an appointment with more than 48hrs notice a full refund will be given. If you cancel an appointment between 48-24hrs notice, 50% of the appointment fee will be refunded and less than 24hrs notice, no refund will be given.
